Photoshop: Broken Glass Effect

Back in my hometown and killing time while waiting for August, I learned something in Photoshop which may probably be already common knowledge to many. The entire process is in Youtube  brought to you by a Eysc. He also posted a link where you can download the latest version of Photoshop so that's cool.

With this one I used a shot I had with Jane Frances Chiong during our Blood+ photo shoot. I didn't exactly followed everything that was in the tutorial since I went with my own taste. So without further adieu, here's what I came up with:
