Toy Camera Project: The Avengers: My First Look

For those who still haven't heard (like me) on the update for the upcoming The Avengers movie, here's a scoop. At long last, the most awaited Marvel movie is set to be released May 4, 2012. and will feature Marvel's superhero stars. The hero-studded movie has been hinted through after-credit scenes and cameos starting from the first Iron-man movie up to the latest Marvel release -- Captain America: The First Avenger. The cast is based on the current roster of the comics version minus Wolverine, Spider-man, Spider-Woman, The Protector, and Red Hulk.

Here are the cast of Marvel's The Avengers:

Nick Fury - Samuel L. Jackson (Pulp Fiction, The Long Kiss Goodnight)

Agent Phil Coulson - Clark Gregg (Iron-man 1 and 2, 500 Days of Summer)

Black Widow - Scarlett Johansson (The Other Boleyn Girl, The Island)

Thor - Chris Hemsworth (Thor, Star Trek)

Captain America - Chris Evans (Fantastic Four, Captain America: The First Avenger)

Iron-man - Robert Downey, Jr. (Iron-man 1 and 2, Sherlock Holmes)

Hawkeye - Jeremy Renner (S.W.A.T., The Hurt Locker)

Incredible Hulk - Mark Ruffalo (Just Like Heaven, Shutter Island) I wonder why neither Eric Bana (Hulk) nor Edward Norton (The Incredible Hulk) will play the role in this movie.

Maria Hill - Cobie Smulders (How I Met Your Mother)

JARVIS - voiced by Paul Bettany (The Priest, Legion)

The movie will be directed by Joss Whedon, famous for the TV series Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and is produced by Kevin Feige who has produced almost all the Marvel superhero movies.
