How To Get Any Music You Want for Free - Virus Free!

Hello guys! It's been a while since I've posted something other than TV shows. So I don't know if you've missed me, but I surely did miss myself. I don't know why I just said that. Anyhow, this post is a sequel to the previous tutorial I had about putting album covers in your iPod songs.

In this quick and easy tutorial, I am going to teach you how to record songs directly from any site you want -- virus-free, guaranteed. Note that I said "record" and not "download". I'm sure in some way this is still illegal but who hasn't done a little computer tort these days right?

Moving on, here's how it goes:

To start, right click into this link and open it up on another browser and download Freecorder. Freecorder is an amazing tool that allows you to download and save Youtube videos, convert media files, and of course record any sound you can hear from your PC speakers. Unlike Limwire, Bearshare, or torrent sites which gives you tons of viruses and spywares along with your downloaded media file, the Freecorder tool is 100% virus-free since you are only recording media files and not actually downloading them.

After downloading Freecorder, install the program in your computer. The program will then show up as a toolbar in Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox.

And basically that's it, simple and easy. To start recording, select a sound file that you want, from Youtube for example, then click on the Record Audio Tool icon found on your Freecorder toolbar. Freecorder will start recording once sound file has started playing.

I've been using Freecorder for quite some time now after Limewire was shut down. It has proven to be an amazing tool especially for someone who's into cover songs which are usually not in any downloading sites. There are only two downsides that I have with the program: First, unlike downloading a file where it can only take a couple of seconds, the actual recording time depends on how long your media file is. For example, if the song runs for 4 minutes then that's how long it's going to take to record it. Second, the recorded sound file doesn't have the same quality as the original file specially if the quality of the media file your recording from isn't that good to begin with. However, this is barely noticeable. Another thing to remember is that when you're recording a file, try not to make any other sounds in your PC such as alarms, notifications, etc, since these will be recorded along with your music.

So there you go. To people like me who don't want to pay for anything, this is the perfect tool. I hope that you've learned something from this tutorial.
